This Roush Intake replaces your EcoBoost Mustang's restrictive stock air box and paper filter element with a high flow air box and filter assembly for a noticeable increase in horsepower, torque and throttle response.
No Tune Required. This Roush Performance Cold Air Intake is designed to improve the performance of your EcoBoost Mustang without the need of reprogramming the computer. By utilizing state of the art computer-aided designs, this Roush Intake will increase power using the factory tune. Even though a re-tune is not required for operation, AmericanMuscle recommends a custom tune to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) to get the best possible performance from this intake.
Reusable High Flow Dry Filter. The included Roush High-flow Dry Air Filter provides excellent filtration of harmful particulates. It is composed of two layers of wire mesh for durability and is proven to retain its shape even under high airflow. This dry air filter is washable and does not require oiling, saving you time and money.
Unique Air Box Design. This Roush Cold Air Intake features a CAD-designed roto-molded intake box that draws cooler outside air via the factory cold air duct. While the unique shape of the box improves airflow around the entire filter.
